About Us Pro Tape Northwest is a dedicated supplier of recordable media for audio, video, and data storage. Our duplication department provides custom CD-R and DVD-R duplication services. We serve the 48 contiguous United States of America.

We are small, nimble, and responsive. We get things done. We pride ourselves on our prompt, accurate service, and do everything in our power to ensure your order is filled smoothly. We are available by phone at 206-441-8273 to answer any questions you may have about your order. Our hours are 9AM-5PM Pacific.

Making A Purchase Browse our catalog, and use our simple shopping cart. When you've finished shopping, click "Order" and we'll ask for the details we need to fill your order.

We accept orders with credit-card payment (payment option marked "credit cards"), this option is not working correctly, please call us. If you have previously established a credit account with us, you may place an order without payment (option marked "invoice with order"). We will fill your order and mail you an invoice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover/Novus, over the phone. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

Shipping And Handling We make every effort to ship your order in the least expensive manner that satisfies your needs. Our default ship method is UPS ground service. Our freight charges are based on UPS's actual charges, plus a $3 handling fee. For practical reasons, we've rounded some weight categories and charges. Our online shipping calculator will show you the exact freight charge we will make for your order. The freight charge includes full insurance with UPS for the value of your shipment.

This site is currently capable of taking orders for the 48 contiguous United States of America, Exclude Alaska and Hawaii. We appreciate your patience.

Delivery Schedule We ship your order within 1 business day of receiving it, provided the information is complete and provides for appropriate payment. We normally use UPS ground service, with delivery times in the US varying from one to eight days under normal circumstances, depending on destination distance from Seattle. Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee any delivery schedule. You have our word we will ship your order promptly and accurately, and that we will notify you of any backorders.
Back Orders If something you order is not in stock, we will backorder that product for you. You will always be emailed with the option to change or cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Our default procedure is to promptly ship a partial order, rather than wait until we can ship the order complete. Please call us at 206 441-8273 to advise us if you have specific instructions regarding your backorder.

Tax Charges For orders delivered within Washington state, 8.9% sales tax is added. All other orders are tax free - please click the exempt button in the "tax charges" dialog to reduce tax to zero .

If your shipping destination is located within Washington state and you have already established your sales tax-exempt status with us (with a resale certificate, for example), check the option marked "tax exempt." Misuse of this option could delay fulfillment of your order.

Note that, if you are a business located in Washington state, state revenue law requires you pay sales tax or equivalent use tax on most tangible property you purchase for business use in Washington. By buying these products from PROTAPENW.COM, you can insure that appropriate sales tax is paid and documented. We've been audited by Washington Revenue, and you could be, too. Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. PROTAPENW.COM has purchased and maintains a seperate security certificate to ensure your credit card information is secure.

Most of the products we sell are warranteed by their manufacturer. No warranties, whether express or implied, are made by Pro Tape Northwest or PROTAPENW.COM. Purchaser agrees to rely exclusively on existing manufacturers' warranties, if any. NEITHER PRO TAPE NORTHWEST NOR PROTAPENW.COM WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDICENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE.

Returns Policy Merchandise return policy: Pro Tape Northwest will usually accept merchandise returns under the following conditions: 1. Merchandise is in new condition; 2. Original invoice is presented with merchandise; 3. Return is made within 30 days of purchase date. Pro Tape Northwest does not accept returns on bulk (unpackaged) audio and video product except for warranty replacements. Pro Tape Northwest reserves the right to refuse merchandise returns for any reason. Pro Tape Northwest charges a return fee of $5.00 plus 5% of the price of the returned goods.
