What
is the geographical range of your sales area?
Pro
Tape Northwest ships anywhere in the 50 United States of America.
What
freight carriers do you use?
Pro Tape Northwest uses UPS and Federal
Express for most shipments outside the immediate Seattle area, and UPS
and various couriers in the Seattle area.
How
late can I order for next-day delivery?
If you order before noon, we
can usually ship your order via UPS that day, and depending on where
you are, and what service you request, this can mean you'll receive
your order the following day.
What
about sales tax?
Pro Tape Northwest is located in
Washington state; sales to companies or individuals located in Washington
state are taxed at 8.8% unless special arrangement is made (such as
the execution of a resale certificate). Orders shipped out of Washington
state, to entities that do not have an address, office, or residence
in Washington state, are exempt from this sales tax. Pro Tape Northwest
is not currently required to collect any other kind of sales tax.
Are
orders insured in transit?
Pro Tape Northwest insures our shipments
with UPS and Federal Express for their replacement value, and in accordance
with those carriers' terms and conditions.
Do
you match or beat prices?
Pro Tape Northwest offers volume
discounts on most products we sell. We also offer trade discounts to
certain kinds of companies (for example, to established recording studios).
We offer prices which are competitive to begin with, and do not specifically
match or beat prices. Please contact our sales department to check our
current prices or get a quote.
Can
I set up an account?
Pro Tape Northwest will set up credit
accounts for qualified applicants. Please contact our credit manager
for details on how to do this. We also accept VISA, Mastercard, and
Discover/Novus Credit cards.
Do
you accept bulk or distributor orders?
You bet we do. Dealers who
want to resell the products they buy from Pro Tape Northwest may qualify
for a special discount; please contact our sales manager. We offer volume
discounts on most products we sell, so please telephone for a price
quote on large quantities.
Can
I special-order items?
We maintain a price sheet which shows everything
we normally stock. Pro Tape Northwest can special order items that are
within the general range of products we sell (for example, odd data
cartridges).

Do
you accept international orders?
Pro Tape Northwest does not currently handle international
orders.
